Little chocolate fondant cakes by Donna Hay...

For 2 persons

200gr dark chocolate
60gr butter, in small pieces
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
60gr brown sugar
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream as side dish


Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie (double boiler), then mix the chocolate-butter blend with the eggs, flour and the sugar to a soft dough. Insert the dough in a lubricated soufflé-mold, then bake them 18-20 minutes until it is firm on the outside but still creamy on the inside.  Let it rest for about 10 minutes then serve it with Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
