Simple but so good..

At this time of the year, strawberries are available in any food store around Switzerland. I had a little basket full of yummie strawberries at home that needed to be eaten as soon as possible.

So I bought a package of puff pastry, added some crushed pistachios and a hint of vanilla sugar, washed and cut the berries and put everything into a baking form and baked it for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees celsius...

It is really light and delicious on its own, but you can also add a scoop of any ice cream you like...
Soooo good!!!!
