Blueberries and Poppy Seeds Cake

I got really into baking mood, and as I had the right ingredients at home, I lost no time in baking a quick but super deli fruit cake.

Here my recipe: 

1 package of pre-made puff pastry
1 small cup of grated almonds (or hazelnuts)
1 large cup of blueberries
1 cup of curd cheese
1-2 eggs
cane sugar
vanilla sugar
poppy seeds
vanilla pulp

Place the puff pastry into a appropiate form and cut some little holes with a fork into the dough.
Put some grated almonds on the dough, until the surface is covered with a fine layer of nuts.
Wash a cup of blueberries and arrange them onto the dough and grated almonds.

2 large table spoons of low fat curd cheese
1-2 Eggs (depends on the size of the dough form!)
2 table spoons of cane sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 dash of milk
2 coffee spoons of poppy seeds
1/2 coffee sppon of vanilla pulp
Mix all together and the cover the berries with the mixture

Bake for about 27 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius in the convection oven.
Serve pure or with Vanilla ice cream... YUMMIE!!!
