Raspberry-Coco-Tarte

Yesterday at the grocery store I found a great array of the freshest berries...

Here what I made out of the bought raspberries:


Ingredients:
1 package of pre-made puff pastry
1 small cup of grated coconut
1 large cup of raspberries


For the filling:
1 cup of curd cheese
1 egg
2 large table spoons of low fat curd cheese
1 Egg
2 large table spoons of sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 dl  milk

Dough:
Place the puff pastry into a appropiate form and cut some little holes with a fork into the dough.
Put some grated coconut on the dough, until the surface is covered with a good layer of coco.
Wash a cup of raspberries and arrange them onto the dough and coconut.

Filling:
Mix all together and the cover the berries with the mixture.


Bake the tarte at 200 Celsius for about 25 minutes...

It was soooo yummie!
