Baked Cheescake Love

My Mother in law makes the best baked Cheesecake ever. For real!

Lucky me, she gave me the recipe and today I want to share it with you.. and let me tell you, it is
A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!!! You're welcome!

Here the ingredients:

Cake base:
200 gr zwieback
40 gr sugar
1 pinch salt
200 gr soft butter

Filling:
125 gr butter
75 gr sugar
1 pinch salt
4 egg yolks
1 pckg vanilla sugar
60 gr flour
2 pots curd
1 pot sour cream
4 egg whites

For the base mix the zwieback, sugar, salt and butter in a food processor until all mixed and crushed.
(butter and flour the baking pan, so nothing sticks when finished!)
Put the mixture into the baking form and press it on, so that everything is covered equally.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

For the filling stir the butter, sugar and salt in the kitchen aid until foamy. Separate the egg yolks and white. Add to the butter mixture the egg yolks and the vanilla sugar, then slowly add the flour, mix well and then add the curd and the sour cream. Continue to mix until you get a smooth dough with no clumps. Slowly add the whisked stiff egg white. Fill in the dough into the baking pan.

Bake the cake 60-70 minutes. Let cool completely.

The egg white needs to be added very slowly, so the fluffiness doesn't get lost!

Press in the base evenly.

Ready to bake!
