Crunchy crunchy

The other day I tried to bake Nadia Damasos Crunchy Chocolate-Nut Granola and it was a success!
It was super simple and sooo delicious!
A perfect X-Mas gift to create with your kids!

Here the needed ingredients:
150 gr sunflower seeds
150 gr slivered almonds, roughly chopped
150 gr hazelnuts, roughly chopped
150 gr pecans, roughly chopped
80 gr puffed amaranth
6 medjool date
100ml water
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tspvanilla paste
3 tbsp cacao powder

Start with preheating your oven to 160 degrees (circulating air)

Take a large bowl and insert the seeds, chopped nuts and the puffed amaranth and the cacao powder and stir everything together.


Put the water, the dates, the maple syrup and the vanilla paste into a blending machine and blend well until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.

Mix the creamy paste with the dry ingredients in th bowl and stir well until everything is mixed well.

Spread the mixture onto a baking tray covered with a baking sheet.

Pre-baking:

Bake for about 35-40 minutes in the middle of the oven. Stir the mixture after about 20 minutes, so everything bakes evenly.

Post-baking
