Homemade play dough

India didn't feel well the other day. She had a sore throat, a bit of fever, a little hoarseness and a some cough... overall she was a bit groggy and unfit...
Of course we stayed in and the kids played well together. After a while they wanted to play with play dough, so I made some homemade one and we were ready to go...

They created two trays full of dough cookies that we will paint some other day. It kept them busy for almost 1.5 hours.. hurray!

The recipe for the dough is super easy:
500gr flour
500gr salt
2 tblsp oil
water (as needed)

Mix everything together and slowly add the water while kneading the dough until it has the right consistency.
...and you are ready to go!

Bake the full trays at circa 140-150 degrees Celsius for about 2 hours.

Perfect entertainment for a lazy day at home..
xx Linda
